Overview:
Southern California Relocation Council, a non-profit organization specializing in organizing events for reloctation professionals in Southern California, was looking for help with their new web site.

SCRC had put together a web-site with web company Azzaron.com, but needed an organization that could help them run the back end. The new web site was built using Joomla - content management system, and a Joomla plug-in called CIVI CRM, which is used to run and host political campaigns/events.
After the web-site was built, SCRC knew that the web-site had the functionality they needed, but they had the feeling that they were only using 10 percent of what could be done with it.
Volounteering to work with SCRC, Wikisoftpeople took it under their control to instruct and assist with setting up events, in Civi, and setting price structures for members and non-members using a plug-in called meta mod, and also assisting with general layout, article submission, article writing, picture image resizing and submission and more.

Conclusion

Overall the partnership thus far with Wikisoftpeople and providing volounteer work for SCRC has been a very positive experience and we are looking forward to assisting them for years to come and further refining the web site into the collaborative effort that this positive team had originally envisioned.
